FIAB, together with Swedish universities and Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg has introduced a method of fortifying bread with vitamin D. FIAB D-Bread machine has been developed to be used by bakeries in order ensure the recommended daily demand of vitamin D at the stage of bread production.
The machine suits middle sized bakeries as well as large production units. The vitaminising is naturally completed during production process without using additives or changing line speed.
The machine is highly customized to fit various production demands and manufacture conditions.
Mainly it is used as a complement for line production systems. The machine is easy to install, operate and service and it is equipped with SIEMENS operating system able to store up to several recipes. D – Bread machine is either manually controlled or with a touch screen. The machine is equipped with a twin system to provide safeguard production reliability. D – Bread machine is also highly adjustable, therefore no changes in existing production machinery are required.
The system is protected by a worldwide accredited patent.
