FIAB Pulsar® impulse welding system

Regular PVC fabrics are welded with high frequency, however thin films ( < 0.02") cannot be joined with this technique. Therefore, to perform wider range of welding method, FIAB has introduced a useful tool: FIAB Pulsar® as a response for technical textile market development.

The main features of this system :

  • Great flexibility – it can be integrated with FIAB 800 and FIAB 900
  • user friendly – easy to install, mounted on the standard toolholder provided with FIAB 800 and FIAB 900
  • operated with SIEMENS touch panel – separate menu option for impulse welding

FIAB 800

The FIAB 800 welding machine High Output is a streamlined welding machine situated on a track.

It can be operated on a manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic basis with the assistance of an integrated drive motor.
F900

FIAB 900

The FIAB 900 (power 10 - 26 kW) is our standard travelling machine with the possibility to use in different branches and to manufacture different products.
