FIAB 1400 (with power from 13 kW up to 32 kW) is our standard gantry machine. FIAB 1400 was designed for various branches to manufacture large - size products that require straight welds, such as:

The main feature of FIAB 1400 is rotating unit within the range of 180 degrees. This facility minimizes material handling while forming compex welds.
We provide numerous additional facilities for FIAB machines to develop the functionality and work comfort, such as lasers to make fabrics handling easy, vacuum table system, weld joint tape application, remote control, keder system and many more. It is also possible to upgrade the machine up to your specific needs later on.
FIAB 1400 is also available as a stationary version.
Many various electrodes are available within FIAB 1400: lamellas electrode, jumper electrode, curved ones for windows welding, personalized (with logo).
FIAB 1400
Power of 1 kW produces welding surface of 35 – 40 cm².
With the power of 32 kW it is possible to obtain a weld surface up to 1280 cm² in one cycle (circa 7 seconds).
This kind of high efficiency is possible only with FIAB machines.
SIEMENS SIMATIC HMI TP1200 Comfort
By using the proven SIEMENS touch panel, operating our machinery becomes easy and secure and does not require time – consuming trainings. An intelligent, menu-guided user interface is ready to serve our customers in multiple languages. Unlimited number of welding parameters are stored on a SD Memory Card and can be reapplied for every new welding cycle. The tested and proven welding ‘recipes’ allow to maintain high quality of welding seams and guarantee the increase of productivity.
