FIAB 900 P (with power from 10 kW up to 26 kW) is a customized model based on our standard travelling machine FIAB 900. The machine is strongly recommended for:

The main features of this machine are: platforms situated on both sides of the machine and steering touch panel installed on an arm. If your production manner requires long, straight welds, but you don't have enough room for big gantry machine (like FIAB 1400) FIAB 900 P is perfect solution.

We provide numerous additional facilities for FIAB machines to develop the functionality and work comfort, such as lasers to make fabrics handling easy, vacuum table system, weld joint tape application, remote control, keder system and many more. It is also possible to upgrade the machine up to your specific needs later on.

Many various electrodes are available within FIAB 900 P: lamellas electrode, jumper electrode, curved ones for windows welding, personalized (with logo).

Power of 1 kW produces welding surface of 35 – 40 cm².
With the power of 26 kW it is possible to obtain a weld surface up to 1040 cm² in one cycle (circa 7 seconds).
This kind of high efficiency is possible only with FIAB machines.

By using the proven SIEMENS touch panel, operating our machinery becomes easy and secure and does not require time – consuming trainings. An intelligent, menu-guided user interface is ready to serve our customers in multiple languages. Unlimited number of welding parameters are stored on a SD Memory Card and can be reapplied for every new welding cycle. The tested and proven welding 'recipes' allow to maintain high quality of welding seams and guarantee the increase of productivity.
