FIAB 900The FIAB 900 (power 10 - 26 kW) is our standard travelling machine with the possibility to use in different branches and to manufacture different products.

We can include many different options to help you with your needs, like lasers to adjust fabric easier, vacuum table system, weld join tape application, remote control, keder's solution, special platforms, etc., also we can upgrade your machine in the future, if it will be needed.

Machine can be delivery with maximum 2000 mm long electrode. You can use absolutely different tools, like for windows - round shape, or with your logo, etc.

1 kW of power we calculate as 35 - 40 cm2 weld square. You can use our machines in 3 shifts.
Travelling speed = 1,7m/sec.

You can order the machine in stationary or movable version. For the movable version, FIAB has developed a track and table system.
The durable table and leg sections are very stable and carefully produced under exact tolerances.

SIEMENS SIMATIC Touch Screen
The SIEMENS Touch Screen is made for easy use and operation. The Touch Screen is very user friendly and the training for operator will be very short. The logic screen system will be very easy to program and the user will recognize menus and parameters since the menus will look similar to Microsoft Windows. Possible to save as much recipes as you need.

FIAB welding machines have no limits for stored information. A huge amount of recipes can easily be stored on Compact Flash Memory Card. The Compact Flash Memory Card can be read by inexpensive card readers.
