FIAB SHUTTLE TABLE

FIAB SHUTTLE TABLE (with power from 3 kW up to 20 kW) is based on our standard FIAB 900 model.

This highly customized machine is dedicated to blister welding, also for automotive and medical industry.

The welding is designed as a two – stage process.

The operator prepares the product on the table and places the tools on top of it. Then he press the start button and the machine starts welding the product in two steps automatically according to the pre-set recipe. The recipe can be stored on the computer, on a flash card or USB memory stick. You can save unlimited number of recipes.

	Ground return from three sides for saefty and functional production.		Four pillar press with one cylinder for exact and equabel press pressure over all area. Adjustable within I/IOO mm. Self-centering with 4 locking screws.

Power of 1 kW produces welding surface of 35 – 40 cm².
With the power of 20 kW it is possible to obtain a weld surface up to 800 cm² in one cycle (circa 7 seconds).
This kind of high efficiency is possible only with FIAB machines.

By using the proven SIEMENS touch panel, operating our machinery becomes easy and secure and does not require time – consuming trainings. An intelligent, menu-guided user interface is ready to serve our customers in multiple languages. Unlimited number of welding parameters are stored on a SD Memory Card and can be reapplied for every new welding cycle. The tested and proven welding ‘recipes’ allow to maintain high quality of welding seams and guarantee the increase of productivity.
